A dragon's chess game so to speak. It's the foundation for my next
campaign. I young dragon decides he'll go after Dunkelzahn's horde but
finds it amusing to follow the "rules" of the will to do it. And it
cheeses off the elder dragons. The PC's are the ones that have been duped
into doing the dragon's dirty work.
Another idea I've wanted to mess with is the part about the
possessor of a certain SIN number. One of the characters would have that
SIN but on a False SIN. The reference was in fact to that character but
I'd let them decide if they wanted to risk presenting it to make their
claim.

Ancient cultures believed that names held great power, personal names
more so and they were guarded very closely. To protect themselves, they
answered to another name, because if another discovered their real name,
it could be used against them.
History repeats itself.
