Compare the SR system to the RMSS system ... With RMSS, Skill development
can take a hour or more ... SR gives you a pretty good quick in dirty
system ... It's not perfect but it's not that bad either ...

I already posted an idea along these lines ... You develop the skills per
the concentrations not the general but at half cost ... (Bob takes
Pistols 4 for 2 Build Points and wants to shoot a Sec Guard with a SMG.
Bob rolls 4 dice with a +1 T#.) I can repost it if you like but IIRC,
that pretty much summed it up right there ...
