WHERE ON EARTH IS PETROLIA!?!?!?!?!?!?!

It's critical to the idea, and I can't find anything, so I'm wondering if this
is another one of those "cryptic clues" that Dunkelzahn was handing out. We
are trying to figure out some things, and time for the tsunami to strike is
going to need to be figured out as well. As it is, we have 12 days or so in
game to pull this off, and I -KNOW- it's all gonna come down to the wire.
