Merry Christmas and welcome to "Aura Reading", a concentration of the Magical
Theory skill IIRC. Sure, anyone can see an astral signature if they have the
ability, but actually -understanding- what they are looking at is an entirely
different matter. "Deciphering" it would require similar states of
comparisonal study with which to draw upon.
