Teleport spell

How's about this for an Idea for a workable, non-game killing teleport
spell. It's not playtested but I'd be gratefull for any comments.

Type : Physical
Range : Limited.
Target : (6 + (Target's mass in KG) ) * ( ( 7 - Essence <live
targets>) or (TN from object resistance table -2 <inanimate objects>))
Duration : Sustained
Drain : F + 12 D

Description:
The target will be teleported to a point within range for a number of
phases equal to the number of net successes from the success test.
After the number of phases is up the Target will teleport back to the
point where it was before the teleport (The Rubber Band Effect). All of
the target will be teleported back, so if the target was broken during
the teleport all of the target will be teleported back even if some of
the target is now out of range.
Check drain each phase that the spell is sustained. If the caster
stops sustaining the spell for any reason then the target will rubber
band back as detailed above.
The equation for the target number (6 + (Target's mass in KG) ) * ( (
7 - Essence <live targets>) or (TN from object resistance table -2
<inanimate objects>)) might require some explanation. The (6+ Target's
Mass in KG) is to make it harder to teleport large objects and KG should
be rounded up. (7 - essence) makes it harder to teleport non-pure
subjects and the 7 is present so that a target with 6 essence will have
a multiplyer of 1. (TN from object resistance table - 2 <inanimate
objects>) makes it harder to teleport complex man made objects with a
multiplyer of 1 for natural objects and 8 for complex man made things.

example Target numbers for spell
mouse = (6 + 1) * (7 - 6) = 7
human(100kg, essence 6) = (6 + 100 )*( 7 - 6) = 106 (Ha Ha Ha no
teleporting people!!!)
human(200kg, essence 2) = (6 + 200)*( 7 - 2) = 1030 (definately no
teleporting street sams.)

Rock (1kg) = 7
Grenade(<1kg, Object res. TN 8) = (6 + 1)*(8 - 2) = 42 (not in a hurry.)

I hope People find this interesting.
