by "Flat Rate", I was referring to what happens when you use a "Mob"
(Mentality) spell upon a crowd of generic NPC's. There is a given level of
influence/alteration that occurs as an "average" to make the game mechanics
move along better. I was just keeping things straight.
And btw, with the "allocating dice", they refer to each stage of the ritual,
NOT each target, as most of the time, there are simply no such instances of
"Multi-Target rituals" that are come across in the books.
