To be back onTopic, what do you think about the language rules in the BBB?
They say that your mother tongue is your IN + 2. Now Joe Shadowrunner,
living in Seattle and has never been outside the UCAS (maybe even never
outside Seattle), has an IN of 5 and English IN + 2 = 5 + 2 = 7. So far, so
good, *but*: Heīs also got Rating of 3 in the Germanic languages Group
(English - 4), which means he can talk Danish, German, Swedish,...
He could Travel trough whole middle / northern europe without the need for a
dictionary!
