I'd say NO. He'd have to live withthe (+2) penalty on magic use, until
he got rid of thegeas normally. Thats what makes it a GEAS, after all,
and not just a "friendly suggestion". He could use CENTERING to offset
the geas penalty, and hopefully his cenering skill isn't similarly
loathsome...
I would, however, let a Physical adept change a geas on a power when
intiating. The only way physads get rid of geasis buying them off with
points, which seems a rip-off, since mages can gain magic points AND get
rid of geas.
