hijacking.
Tonight a Pakistani aircraft was hijacked by three men. The airplane
was forced to land by the pakistani airforce.
Subsequently, after a time with negotiation, pakistani anti-terror
forces assaulted the aircraft, killed the hijackers and liberated the
passengers. No casualties among the passengers nor anti-terror
forces.
The flawless execution of the mission is a good show of
professionality on the behalf of the pakistani forces, and to be
applauded. Hijacking is terrorism, and cannot be tolerated -
negotiation is not an option, as many has signed treaties to ensure.
Does the fact that the three hijackers protested against their home
province being used as a nuclear testing site change anything?
Just curious what your opinions on this are. It's the kind of
situation I try to get my runners into, which gives it some relevance
to SR - not much, but some.
(As an aside, there's reports of villagers near the indian testing
site suffering serious radiation sickness.).
