Hopefully, they'll arrive in countries outside of North America within
about a month, then... If not, I've got four other ShadowRN shirts to help
in identifying me :)

Okay, so what needs to be done is this:

1) Decide on artwork.
2) Find out what printing and mailing will cost
3) Collect names & money
4) Print them up
5) Mail them out
6) Wear them :)

Steps 1 and 2 can be done at the same time, especially since 2 won't take
much time -- what we need is a volunteer to print the shirts and mail them
out. Someone we can trust and who won't spend our money on <old-timer
joke>beer & hookerz</old-timer joke> :)

All our volunteer needs to do is phone up a few T-shirt printers and ask
prices for a shirt printed on both sides. Don't forget that we don't know
how many people will want one, and the price per shirt will drop when more
are ordered; therefore, it would be best to ask for a price list that
shows the whole range of costs.

Once the T-shirt quotes are obtained, go to the post office and ask about
mailing them out. Weigh a T-shirt you have at home before you go, so
you'll have a rough idea of what a package with one shirt weighs. Again,
remember that you'll have to mail some shirts to foreign countries, so ask
the prices for that too.

Once that's done, everybody who wants one should send their money to the
volunteer, and the volunteer should probably post the names of everyone
who wants a shirt to the list every week or so. Definitely set a deadline
for this, so everyone knows when the order has to be in. Don't put the
deadline too tight, though, because foreign orders can take some time to
arrive.

From there, it's all pretty straightforward, I guess.
