if my idea on this seems overwhelmingly "duh", I aplogize in advance, as I'm
very new to this list, and I wouldn't know what's been decided upon.

I'd house-rule that rather than the lock/quickened spell let an
astrally-cast spell jump unfettered into the physical world...I'd say it
allows an astral spell to ground into the person bonded and using the spell
lock, and that person only.
