Subject:	foci addiction in SR3

Question for GM's or anyone else for that matter - do any of you play with the
"foci addiction" rules? and if so, how have you changed them for SR3?

My problem is this: now that spell locks can be of any force (not just 1); a
mage with 2 force 3 spell locks and a grade 4 power foci (for instance) has a
better than average chance to lose magic points each time he rolls - where as
before, he would have been in no danger of Foci addiction. I'm working on my
own fix - but would love some suggestions or comments.
