i have used a ccs with one web site and it works great (almost) in IE
but in netscape it looks like shit. colours all wrong, or the same as
the background, certain items not-centred, tables set to 60% page width
all different sizes. i like netscape, but you can do cooler things if
you optimize the pages for IE 4.x or 5.x
