I had to tell someone today that we couldn't access their web site
because they didn't update the serial number in their SOA record, so
their changes didn't propogate to the secondary DNS servers (psi.net).
He got a clue (after I refreshed his memory on the use of serial
numbers) and fixed up his system. But then PSI took most of the day
to refresh one of their servers. I don't know if their other server
ever updated.
