As many wrong explanations have been made here, I'll try to explain
to you CORRECTLY:

A muchikin is a new player archetype (described in the all-new SR
sourcebook "Japan - Land Of Many Nippons".
The muchikin is properly spelled mu-chi-kin, which is Japanese and
means "Man-of-all-powers".
Muchikin can be descendants of all races, preferably trolls or orcs.
If you play an orc muchikin or a troll muchikin, you are allowed to
drop all disadvantages these races normally have. Additionally, all
muchikin characters get an additional dice pool of 12 dice, called
the Heroic Pool. This pool can be used freely.
Also, muchikin are not affected that much by cyberware: they are
allowed to reduce the Essence cost by 50%.
Muchikin are not allowed to concentrate or specialize any skills that
are related to INT or CHA. This is because the muchikin were, in
ancient times, the SECRET CASTE behind the NINJA. Muchikin are not
allowed to build up any personal attachments to anybody except their
martial arts master and their gunsmith.
