I couldn't comment to that...

Rest assured...it should.

(Funny how there actually people out in the world that have found that
through superior product design, MS has achieved market dominance.) Not that
I could disagree that they are anti-competitive, nor that their products
achieve a remarkable level of bloat and numerous problems. I'd just contend
that those problems should present themselves as opportunities for MS's
competitors. Hopefully this will end up being the case in the near future.
