Ive always taken setup time to represent the drone being fully assembled, but
in a "carry" configuration, especially since only flying drones have setup
times. It represents the time to unfold the wings and lock them in place and
otherwise get the thing ready fr\or flight. I do agree with Slipheed that B/R
of the appropriate type would be the best skill for this, but I hold that the
base time as given in the book is for a basicly assembled drone that has had
its wings / roters folded into a travel configuration. Anything more taken
appart would have to be re-assembled using the B/R rules first and your GM's
determination of what the base time would be by how much the drone was taken
apart.
