Look on page 111 of R2. Where does the description of Anthroforms and
Walkers fall under? *Special Vehicles*. Now, what is the markup for
special vehicles? 1-2.5 (see page 114 of R2.). I think Rick just decided
that this particular "special vehicle" falls on the high end of that
range. You may want to talk to Jon Szeto about where he thinks other
vehicles should fall on that range.
