After watching all the Star Trek: Next Generation Epsiodes again it came to my
mind that you could create a borg like atmosphere inside the hive with no
reasoning why to be attacked or not. I never figured out when and why the borgs
react to the federation people wandering around their ship or not. Besides when
they attack something or not.
