The way I do it is the following:
* each character receives Good Karma and 1/20 of Good Karma for
their or the team's Karma Pool (this amount is subtracted from
the good
karma), fi. a character receiving 20 karma points, will have 1
Karma Pool and
20 Good Karma to use.
* Karma pool this can be used as stated in SR3, but are burned and
will NOT
refresh. This will make the PC think twice about what he is
doing.
* I tend to use Team Karma Pool a lot since I created dedicated
teams of
players. In that case the Karma Pool tends to grow a bit
faster, but more PC's
will be thinking twice about how to use them.
