Well actually I misspelled it there, I meant actually targeted strikes. Like
a punch to the head to defeat bodyarmor. Normaly you would have to take a +4
to the TN# for every targeted shot. Then you, if you per example had aimed
for the leg to stop the bad boy from running away, stage the damage level 1
up (aka M automatically becomes a S) and in the above example the bad boy
would probably take a hit in the leg that would kill him outright. Well of
course he than is still stopped dead for running away, isn't he (;o))? But
we also here, like I believe probably many out there, say that the Armor
that is located at the body does not count on the head and therefore no
Armor is allowed for bodyresistance roles than. Of course we use the FoF
rules too here for aiming at smaller Targets so a +4 is not always the only
malus the shooter/combatant gets. But in Close Combat everything is nearer
and as the visionmodification are also halfed, we simply asume that the
modifiers for targeted strikes are also halfed.
Hope it helped.
