Yes, it is possible.
It just makes it difficult to actually make the connection.
You have two categories - homogenous and heterogenous initiatory groups.
Homogenous groups are entirely made up of the same type of magicker -
they're easier to make. Heterogenous are NOT made up of the same kind,
and as far as I'm aware, if they have TWO kinds of magicker they can
have as many as they like.
I hope your magickers all get along, though.
*Doc' would REALLY like to see a mage, a houngan and a shaman try to
figure out the best way to spend the groups resources. Then you have the
physad, who wants to spend everything on a sniper rifle...*
