IMO it is not impossible to RECORD the electrical pulses, the
problem lies in re-translating these electrical pulses into the images
and feelings experienced.
The know how on how to translate the "magic" electronic pulses
back into something the brain can understand is not yet available, it
are and remain but electronic pulses.
That is the way I see it, "translation program" or "protocol" is
not yet known for magical experiences.
