If you're meaning in a purely Australian way, "agro" stems from the word
aggrivation. It is also an ten year old furry puppet that used to host
various children's shows and has now moved on to radio.
Some examples of how agro is used, eh? Well, what's kinda is that only
yobbos really use the term - that "footy", "gazza",
"shazza", "bazza",
"arvo", and other similar expressions. Those of us with any intelligence
steer clear of those terms - or at least try to.
- I was talking to this guy and then he just freaks out - goes all agro on
me.
- It was the most agro ma'da'fa'kin koala I ever saw. (hehehe... Sorry,
it is Australian - we've got to chuck a koala, crocodile, or kangaroo in
there somewhere...)
