Conceal 4 isn't very concealable, given that you need a single success to
spot it (well, to spot something that would clue you that something was
there).
A guy with an Int of 1 has a 50/50 chance of spotting. An average joe (Int
3) will have a 87.5% chance of spotting it.
Concealability of 6 is getting better... An average joe will have about a
43% chance of spotting it.
Even Concealability of 10 isn't good... An average joe will have about a 23%
chance.
(Hey, anyone thinking twice of carrying weapons into high security areas
yet?)
