Hi, everybody!

I'm trying to write a net.book, and I was wondering about the 'XX in 1000'
felonious crime statistic you see in the pocket nation/city-summaries in
sourcebooks like NAGNA and Aztlan. What exactly is the definition of
'felonious crime' anyway? Help from anyone with experience with the US
criminal-law system would be welcome.
