Well, uhm, if people in the year 2060 still do not believe in Magic they are
either isolationists or simply a case for the psycologist. In that
year/timeline you would be bombed with issues regarding Magic. Ilusionists
on stage, Soapopperas (hm, maybe not those are for the cheap, fast coin ;o))
and such. Hell, even the army uses mages and such in their service. So, most
do know about Magic, but they fear it, or maybe have a bad feeling about
this topic. And with recordings it sure could be help that the thing called
magic is a bit less alien, but the general fear of the unknown, of the
friendly neighbor who can change your very thoughts with his magic, or he
can make the next barbecue a real happening with that flamethrower spell. So
Magicusers will always be looked at with suspiscion, that is if the general
public is not able to use it or to defend (yes I use this harsh word)
themselves from magic.
