Why? Is there no correct roleplaying in SR3? :)
Seriously, the SRCo is still a valid book for SR3 even if it will be
revised and updated soon.
As for the worth, if the GM deems that the style is distinctive enough,
it may choose to award more than the 1 BP.
Out of curiosity, what do most people consider "Distinctive Style"? I
once gave that flaw to a PC for having purple fur (Night One) and
animated, color-changing hair (mohawkish).
