I'm certain question has been asked before but here we go again...

How much, on average, do you pay per a runner?

For this to be useful it either needs to be based on a daily basis or
given with an average time required for the run.

I'm also looking for things that might modify this basic amount
and by about how much. I'm going to try and work up a framework
to give me a rough idea of how much I should pay them, and work
downwards from there...
