True, that is per year, but on average a runner makes about 4 runs a month,
and say at 800 nuyen per run, that equates to 3,200 nuyen, a lot more than
that guy making 1k a month.

True, it is a matter of resources, but at the same time, this is a buyers
market, not a seller's market. Runners are out looking for runs, which means
that they may not like the prices given to them unless they don't want to put
food on their tables and keep their gear in good condition.

No, most of the tuns here are considered in the threat 2 to 3 range on
average. Though the concept of money no longer means much of anything to the
group anymore. Ever since they made the grand-daddy of all runs for SK and
got ONE off of the Dragon, they are not worrying too much about having money
for the remainder of their lives.

As for the weekday group (the above is for the weekend group), my character
has had to get a dayjob with a dragon (Arleesh) just to get the cred he needs
to make all of his nifty arrows and other drones he wants.
