Note that this information isn't for burning skillsofts, but for burning
MPCP, Persona, and other deck related tasks. Directly copying a skillsoft
from a chip you've bought to a blank chip (To share that Russian Knowledge
7 with your teams samurai) is probably fairly similar, although bear in
mind that skillsofts probably have some sort of anti-tampering measures,
both to discourage piracy and to prevent the signals being modified.

Depending on what sort of chips you want, I would say that some fixers
would be able to much better serve you. There's probably some fixers that
specialize just in skillsofts, and a fixer that specializes in, say, shady
travel arrangements would probably have access to the previously mentioned
Russian Knowledge chip, while a fixer that provides guns and ammo can get
you the Pistols chip.

Dreamchipper, a older module, is highly recommended for this. (Heck, it's
just highly recommended from me). Without spoiling, let's just say 'Chip +
Persona + Skills = Bad"
:-)
