Well, I'm currently living in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Which is
on Vancouver Island, for those who don't know Canadian geography.
I have to say that the getting sourcebooks here, for any game system be it
Shadowrun, GURPS, whatever, is a bit twitchy. There are two stores that I
know of that carry sourcebooks, and both have fairly small inventories.
Ordering sourcebooks is reasonably easy, but there's a serious lag-time as
Canada Post seems to only carry mail to and from the Island once or twice a
week. (I don't know if this is for sure, but given that mail takes an extra
week on average to get to or from the island, it's either that or the local
post office is just seriously inefficient. Even the so-called
'Overnight'-class mail takes three days or so, to get to the mainland.)
