One of my players tested something like this a few months ago. Apparently
he carried a bright yellow, plastic "pistol" that shoots confetti with him
for most of the day, stuck in his belt or in his pocket, and according to
him nobody noticed it. The thing was about the size and shape of a hold-
out pistol in SR, which would give it a Concealability of about 8.
