One of my players tested something like this a few months ago. Apparently
he carried a bright yellow, plastic "pistol" that shoots confetti with him
for most of the day, stuck in his belt or in his pocket, and according to
him nobody noticed it. The thing was about the size and shape of a hold-
out pistol in SR, which would give it a Concealability of about 8.

Nobody saw it, or nobody commented? I regularly see people packing
guns, and never mention it to them unless I know them. Of course, most of
these people also have body armor and / or badges, so I assume they are
cops. But there's a few I've wondered about, and I certainly did not want
to bring up the subject.
