There was an article on Vampires as PCs in Challenger magazine [I
can't remember which issue off hand. I'll have to dig it out.]
I'd suggest modifying one or two things from the descriptions
outlined in the Critters section, keeping game balance in mind.
And pick up a copy of The Terminus Experiment, by Jonathan Bond &
Jak Koke, for a bit of vampire flavor.
