I'd add some sort of mass/volume limitation to this sort of thing,
otherwise you're going to get people trying to take everything from
their miniguns to cars with them in mist form! Keep it to the body
itself, any prothestic enhancement therein, close fitting clothing,
and small items that can be EASILY carried [NO crate of
rifles!]...IMO.
