I agree. Like shapeshifters, vampires or any regenerative
creature shouldn't be allowed to have any sort of cyberware [unless
they've had EXTENSIVE, HIGHLY EXPERIMENTAL, NOT EASY TO GET...you get
the idea...genetic tinkering done to them.]
This might cover the guys popping up in the novel _The Terminus
Experiment_.
