If that's true... Does that mean that vampires just appear naked somewhere
then?! I mean... Just for the sake of theatrics I would at least allow vamps
to take along their clothing. And maybe, even a magical foci.
Let's say the runners are chasing down a vamp, and he decides to scare them
by appearing somewhere out of reach (Behind bullet-proof glass, etc.) I would
hate to see a naked vamp laughing evilly at them... Just wouldn't look
right; and surely wouldn't make it to the silver-screen if it was a movie.
As for cyberware, and obvious complex technology I can see why someone would
not allow it to transport. The regenerative aspect I heard mentioned
earlier, is an ovious reason why cyberware wouldn't go along.
