|How about cyberware inside a person before he/she becomes a vamp?
Does it
|immediatley fall out, because that could be an important
consideration.

I'd say upon the virus becoming full blown in the victim, any
cybernetic enhancements would be slowly, painfully expunged, pushed
out of their bodies, as new cells are grown. The new genetic
imperitive of regeneration considering any foreign objects as a
contageon to be removed.
This might take anywhere from several hours to days, the pain
perhaps driving the victim mad, turning him into a ravenous beast.
Like having your teeth pulled, one at a time, without anesthesia, with
a pair of plyers [a frequent occurance in the Navy ;-]
Bioware might slip by this, but only that grown from cultured
cells taken from the host, modified, then placed back in the person's
body. '2nd hand' generic bioware would have a higher chance of being
rejected by the vampire's new body, as it's largely allowed to remain
in the body partly by numerous immunosupressents.

These are just a few thoughts off the top of my head, since I'm
in a hurry.
