I've seen the material before, but admittedly not for a bit. Thanks for that
reminder.
However, as I seem to recall (incorrectly?) Tim treated the concept of "the
land of the dead" as being outside the structure of given Metaplanes. Now I
realize that not all metaplanes are known, but for some reason, as "Death" is
merely part of a concept and not an entirety in and unto itself, I honestly do
not believe that it is something that would be given it's own, unique,
metaplane.
Death (Entropy/Closure) is a fact of all things, and as such IMO, could be
seen as a part of the overall, pervailing, energies of the metaplanes, and not
merely restricted to a given, singular, realm or plane of existence.
