The Strength Rating of the arms is, in effect, a subset of the Load
rating of the vehicle. As I understand it, any vehicle with mechanical
arms (ie, anthroforms) can lift upto the weight allowed by the arms.
HOWEVER, if the weight is greater than the vehicle's load rating, then
the vehicle can't move.
