There is something else that people could consider when it comes to
"Concealing an Item" (weapon or otherwise). ALL things have a concealability
rating in theory. Someone who knows what they are doing, or perhaps just
spends a bit extra time "hiding stuff" could raise the concealability number.
Perhaps a function of ... dadadadummmm...Stealth??? Target number might twice
the current concealment of the item? Perhaps just a flat "4" (going on the
idea of illusory invisibility is a 4, with the successes determining the
perceptual target number to see the cloaked thing)? Options are out there,
let's find a good one.
