But how long is it hear for? I wasn't aware of this bit of trivia
(and wouldn't use it anyway- I like the thought of Earthdawn being
the 4th World).

OK, I am NOT(!!!) putting magic into BattleTech, per say. I am
moving Shadowrun forward 1000 years into the future, using many
of the historical points from BT/Mechwarrior. I am using mechs. I
might eventually use the Clans. But it is still Shadowrun. I am
merging mechs, some technology and the sociopolitical structure
of the BT universe into SR.

BTW, for those of who haven't read "Harliquen's Back", nor
have SR3, could you brief us in (or tell us where we can) on the
"Horrors" in SR. I seem to remember something similiar in
Earthdawn.
