LOL! :)
Actually, Hmmm... Let's see here's what I'd use as guidelines:

If anyone/thing is actively living in the vehicle (regardless of whether
the being is present or not), it is a hearth/default domain.
If the vehicle is open top (ie, convertible, /maybe/ sunroof) it is Air
domain/default.
Otherwise, default.
Default is whatever domain the vehicle is in (ie, a car at the bottom of
a bay is a water domain.).

Remember, a Shaman can "view" an area as more than one domain, just not
at the same time... For example, if the shaman summons a City Spirit and
has him/her/it follow the shaman into a car where someone actively lives,
the moment the shaman views the car as hearth domain, the City Spirit (if
it is in the car and not performing a service) goes *POOF*.

Basicly, whenever this sort of scenario comes up, have the player
rationalize how the current setting can be viewed as <insert domain> by
the character since, as I understand it, domain's are more a matter of
the shaman's perceptions than the spirits.

>ALSO...are there watchers in SR3? I do not see them mentioned in the
book.

They will, I'm guessing, be covered in MitS.
