I won't go there, but I can see some false claims.

Don't forget Chop Sue, it was invented by a Chinese immigrant who had
to cook something on the spot for a visiting dignitary and just
chunked some vegetables together. :)

BTW, I forgot who does it, but someone has a read confirm on for the
