In most considerations, it can only truly have a spirit IF it is a vehicle
that someone lives their life within. Meaning, it's the place they consider
"safe" (using Laslow's Theories here).

Technically, as long as their is uninterrupted view of the sky, the shaman can
"choose" the Domain of Skies to call upon.

They were considered an "advanced concept" and are something to likely be
reintro'd in later works.
