Gosh Tinner, suddenly you've come up with more stuff for Winternight. Or
should I say a reversal way of engineering them?

Control Weather. Let me just say now that Critters and Free Spirits are the
best way to actually approach this, and not magic used by "metahumans".

Turn Water to Blood is a (relatively) simple transformation.

And "Voice Throwing" has been a spell here for years...hell, it's been used as
a means of communication...
