It's in the back of FoF, because if you look on the grenades page, you
can see that FASA brought back IPE grenades. The catch is, you can get
IPE minigrenades, which still brings us back to the issue of "if
manufacturers have a denser, more powerful explosive, why do they only
use it in the minigrenades and not the bigger models?"
