I'd like to see proof of your claim. I've shot (amd recovered from
sundry and assorted test media) damn near every design of bullet
to be released ni the past ten years, and don't nothing act like what
you've described. I'm not trying to be nasty about it, but but if I've
never shot it, I probably know about it academically and/or it has
been released in the last three months or so (in which case, I
might not know about it).
