Dear Mongoose, I am an Elven Decker known as Myth. As for the prices of
cyberdecks in SR3, the reason that the persona programs arent included
in SR3 is because that book is meant to introduce new players to
Shadowrun. If you are a decker, you would know that Deck building is no
easy task and takes hours of paperwork. The rules to use in SR3 for
persona programs are the ones in VRII. If you have not bought VRII that
I guess you will have to stick to those little store bought Decks put
out by the MegaCorps. Blissfully Decking - Myth
